Study on the thermal performance under the implement of multi-vent module-based adaptive ventilation

Indoor occupants' distribution scenarios are in a dynamic change randomly. Moreover, many occasions with fixed seats, people areas where cold air blows directly have poor thermal experience. Therefore, to meet the differentiated environmental demands, novel ventilation strategies satisfy changing requirements needs be explored. In this study, multi-vent module-based adaptive (MAV) system module as core is proposed increase adjustability of and better adapt variable demands. MAV has three control characteristics zoning division, completion inlets outlets conversion, use airflow adjustment. Simulations conducted based on typical multifunctional classroom four common scenarios. The performance MV under different compared by considering pattern, SVE4, PMV DR. results reveal: can effectively realize division control. create more comfortable environment when MV. Various vents schemes realized function reversing device patterns environments, which matched diverse indoor When scenario changes, local uncomfortable state improved switching schemes. order deeply adjust discomfort caused pattern downwards multi-vents supply, it reasonable introduce improve draught comfort.
